If I could give zero stars I would. I'm an Active Duty Officer who was referred to the office while on TDY. Dr. Mitchell came into the exam room, did not identify himself nor greet me, and spoke to me in a very rude manner concerning my referral to his office for care. After going back and forth with him about how Tricare Active Duty works he stated that he would only "take a look" as he did not know how the process works. He showed little to no care about my dental situation other than the referral. Nonetheless, why would you take military insurance if you "dont know how it works". His rude and condescending tone was extremely unprofessional and I would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere and steer clear of any practice with this dentist's name on it.
