She was very professional, gave me wonderful care. She has a soft touch. I was very happy.

Natali is now at Family Health Centers Dental, it's a clinic. After having another dentist do a PAINFUL gum pocket test (so painful that I wonder if he was making pockets bigger than they were) and after xrays, Natali refused to let me have simple small cavities filled. She tried to strong arm me into going to some specialist that doesn't even do periodontal cleaning, to get my mouth checked. I contacted the specialist, Specialists in Periodontics, and even they thought it was odd - and so did ANOTHER specialist of the same type, the Dental Specialty Center. They thought it was very strange, since they do not do periodontal cleanings there and strange that she'd send me there without FIRST doing the periodontal cleaning and filling the cavities! So far, I can eat anything and have no problem biting or chewing anything, but I do have periodontal problems and have had this for decades where it remains the same, static. Natali has let me walk out with cavities, so far they are small, but they won't remain small. I was stressed beyond belief over this and in tears - and they were IN PRIOR informed that I have a heart condition. They should NOT cause patients such stress. Imo, this is malpractice since people that go to such a clinics as she works at, are POOR PEOPLE. Refusing to fill cavities due to "the teeth might fall out in a year or so" is insanity. Perhaps cardiologists should refuse heart surgery since the heart might give out in a year or so. That IS the logical conclusion of what Natali is doing.
