Dr. Andrew J Craft

i had a crown put on a year or two ago with dr. craft. i went to a new dentist at the end of last year. the dental hygenist discovered that the crown that dr. craft put on was so poorly done, that they could get their instruments between the crown and the tooth. they were willing to correct it that day at that visit. i have gotten two bills from dr. craft's office for $800. i tried to resolve the issue with his office, and was told that since i did not come back to him for the correction, then i have to pay the bill. why would i go back to him to repair a crown that i was assured was put on correctly?

I saw Dr. Craft several weeks ago upon the recommendation of a friend and was very pleased with my treatment. Both he and Candace took time to answer my questions and were very congenial. I understand why other patients have spoken so highly of Dr. Craft and am thankful to have found such a competent dentist.
