Dr. Benetta Felisa Whitfield

My son was seeing Dr. Whitfield to finish his Invisalign treatment. At his last visit she re-scanned his teeth and realized he needed more trays so we waited 6 weeks for the trays to come in, didn’t hear from the office so we called and were told they weren’t in yet. At 9 weeks we checked again and found out that she quit the day after she saw my son and never sent the scans to Invisalign to get his next round of treatment so they were never made and the dentist office had no record of the scan she did that day. We are having to find a new dentist to basically start that process over. She has put in at least 10 weeks behind in finishing his treatment. I feel like this was very unprofessional of her to leave us hanging like this with NO communication.

she tried 9 times to fit 2 crowns. I needed 3 dentists, 2 surgeries to fix my teeth.
