Dr. Chad Lowell Conlin, DDS

Dr. Conlin apparently doesn't do extractions, even though his website lists this as a service. Dr. Conlin doesn't talk to parents after children's routine and non-routine appointments. We have been the first appointment and sat around waiting for him to arrive twice. When I called for answers he seemed very put out "returning my call in the middle of everything else he was doing". Dr. Conlin should say he doesn't see children. We were charged for an appointment and now referred to another dentist that will have to charge us for what Dr. Conlin already did. He should have read his notes in the chart before seeing us. He has been unprepared multiple times. I'm very disappointed with his non-professional attitude and his lack of trying to help my family/child.

I have never had such a complete dental exam before!! I was totally impressed with every friendly person there. Dr, Conlin is very kind and informative.
