Dr. Elizabeth Erin Wierchowski

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst dentist I have been to in my life. I went to this office for a year and a half and walked away with multiple cavities. After having 2nd options they still lied to me and told me I didn't have cavities and that all they see was staining and we should watch it. Dr Elizabeth Wierchowski lied right to my face even after I voiced my concerns and told me I didn't have any cavities. I have documentation showing otherwise. They are completely negligent at this office. And now I'm stuck paying over 1000 dollars to fix there negligence. They are completely ignoring issues and the doctors I have had second options from can't believe that I have been regularly going to the dentist. They will completely ignore any issues and let your teeth rot.

Dr. Elizabeth Wierchowski has continued to provide exceptional care and service and has always been extremely friendly and professional, while proving to be very knowledgeable and highly skilled. In fact I have been extremely pleased with everyone at Western New York Dental over the years, providing me with a comfortable and pleasant experience every visit. Thank you Dr. Wierchowski and everyone for being there when I needed you most.

I scheduled an appointment for a chipped tooth. My appointment was scheduled the following day, glad to say i wasn't expecting to be seen so quickly for a non-emergency. I had my tooth repaired, but unfortunately, the repair fell off a few hours after i left the dentist office. I called back to report the problem, and they scheduled me another appointment the following morning, which also surprised me how quick the turn around was. I went back, had my tooth repaired again, and 20 minutes later i was out the door. I haven't had any problems with my repair since. I am very happy with the staff and service. I scheduled an appointment for a full exam and plan on switching to WNY Dental as my primary dental provider. Keep up the grerat work!!

The love she has for her job shows with how much she cares about her patients. I feel like I'm talking with a friend when I go there.

Friendly, thorough, and encouraging. With added medical challenges the protocol for my initial visit was cautious and thorough. Very pleased with both the cleaning and check over of my teeth. Best care and technology I've had the privilege of having in many years.

Dr. Wierchowski is very good about explaining the treatments she thinks are necessary. I had a tooth filled that continued to feel a bit "higher" than my other teeth and she did whatever it took to make it perfect for me as I am very sensitive. She made me feel that my questions and concerns were important to her.

Dr Wierchowski is the ideal combination of professionalism, empathy and kindness. I'm so much more relaxed than I was with my last dentist!

Dr Wierchowski was thorough in her exam and questions about my concerns. Very kind and allayed fears by telling me everything she was doing. Thank you to all the wonderful staff as well. Very happy.
