Our family have been patients for over 25 years; since back when he and his (retired) father practiced together. Excellent care, advice, and always a prompt response on calls to the office. Has a gentle touch, calming manner, and explains any treatment needs in easily-understood terms. Clinic and office staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. Utilizes latest tech for medicines and equipment. Office has a family & kid-friendly environment.

The office staff needs a refresher on the HIPAA privacy act. Sitting in the waiting room, you can easily hear confidential patient information, such as patient names, patient contact information, course of treatment, etc.. The medical staff is friendly, but the office staff seems a little too comfortable in their jobs and needs a course in professionalism, HIPAA privacy, and all-around friendliness toward their patients.
