Look at reviews before you go. We were charged for a consultation ($65) and we are definitely not going there. I guess that’s how they make their money although it’s not being invested into updating the office/rooms at all.

Dr. Pell operated on me, performing an alveolarplasty, causing nerve damage. I didn't need alveolarplasty. I just had two tiny bumps nowhere near the site where he operated. He was strangely jovial during surgery, and while I was told I wasn't given medication through the nasal tube, I was. He caused trigeminal nerve damage in my lower jaw, that causes excruciating pain in my entire jaw and pain radiating down my neck and back into my ear and the worst pain I have ever lived through inside my entire jaw, my teeth, and muscles in the jaw joint. The pain grew worse overtime even when I was put on anti seizure medication. Now I take two anti seizure medications to help. Half of my tongue goes numb, as well as my jaw and face, on occasion. I was advised by a neurologist to just have the nerve cut. This would cause complete numbness in entire right side of my face. This doctor has harmed another patient back in 2006 and paid the patient 40k or less. I saw this on the Virginia State Medical Board website a year ago.

Dr. Pell is very personable and considerate. Procedure was quick and efficient and absolutely painless. No problems through recovery. I'm very happy I found Dr. Pell for my procedure.

the dr. himself is awesome! does his best to make you feel comfortable. talks to you the whole procedure telling you exactly what he is doing ect. his staff on the other hand, need work, most are rude, unhelpful.

I got my wisdom teeth out and dr. pell and his staff were very good. i felt no pain after my procedure

This doctor is nice, but can not deliver the desired result. He and his office do not have respect for patients' time. The wait time is terriblely long, and the poor communication resulted in unnecessary repeated visits.
