Dr. James Gale Vellis

Dr. Vellis has had numerous awful reviews, yet the state of Florida, Florida Health refuses to take action on this so called Dentist! Warning for you or anyone else to stay away from this Dr. James Gail Vellis, as he will treat you like you’re in a backwoods horror movie in his chair! This guy is a real asshole! Too bad they don’t have cameras in their dental offices to show just what he does to his patients! Another peasant, versus another pathetic dentist that still has a license to practice! Of course he didn’t even get a slap on the wrist with my complaint which I already knew would happen due to taking so long to hear back from the State of Florida, Florida Health, whatever this place is! No one gives a rats ass about our complaints so why bother! This man used to work at affordable Dentures, and then suddenly disappeared to continue his own practice down the street, and you can bet your booty that this is isn’t the last time there’s going to be a complaint on his new business website! I could go on and on, but this, Mr. Vellis knows exactly what he’s done to his patients!

I will not even give him minus 0 if that was an option. Please don't get butchered and loose a lot of money like I did by this man. He should be ashamed of himself yet he is still in practice.

Dr Vellis capped my teeth a few years ago and I've had problems ever since--and then one of the caps broke, cap and tooth. I spoke to my dentist who told me that Dr Vellis not only did a poor job capping my teeth he didn't size the circumference properly, which is prob why it broke. Vellis is no longer at the practice and has not been for a while (according to girl on phone) they have no idea where he is, and that he left suddenly/unexpectedly. I truly got the impression he was terminated. Wth?! This guy has a license? Protect yourselves and find another doctor. This man might really do damage to your teeth and it's not like you can buy another set. I'm sorry I ever went! And sorry so long remark. Good luck, and God bless.
