I have been going to this dentist office for the past year and have always had the best experience. The front desk staff is always pleasant. Kathy is always clear with the expectations of what is covered by my insurance and always goes above and beyond to accommodate my appointments based on my crazy busy work schedule. The hygienist are delightful and helpful and the dentists are great and prompt to make my dentist experience a great one each time.

Dr. Sapia does not even accept MassHealth which is my insurance so I have paid hundreds and thousands of dollars for crowns from him and his awesome stuff! If you have anxiety like I do they will stop for you at any time without ever getting angry and they talk to you the whole time they're just the best and they don't rush you like every other dentist and my crowns came out more beautiful than my original teeth
