I wanted to share my experience with TMJ Botox treatment! It was seriously life-changing! The procedure was quick and painless, and the results were beyond amazing. My jaw pain has significantly decreased, and I can finally enjoy meals without discomfort. The Botox injections targeted the right muscles and helped relax them, giving me much-needed relief. Did you know TMJ issues correlate with many different things? I no longer get headaches, and my muscles in my neck and shoulders feel amazing as well as my jaw. The best part is that the Botox lasted for months! I highly recommend giving it a try if you're struggling with TMJ issues. No need to wait for special treatment, Dr. Krajekian provides special treatment and superior medical care to every patient. He is very attentive to patients needs and provides practical care to get them through difficult medical procedures. I have the utmost respect for his professionalism and knowledge. He treated me successfully in less than 2 month's, when another surgeon procrastinated for over 6 month's. Dr. K is the BEST!

I have found that Dr. Krajekian has been very helpful in getting me back on track to living a more pain-free life. After having recommending botox treatments, I am in feeling the best I have felt in years. He is very knowledgeable and does a good job explaining things. The downside is cost of the treatments, but if it means living a more sustainable life and is definitely worth considering. He also does a great job providing other ways to help with TMJ-D.

I had begun having severe TMJ symptoms to the point that my jaw was feeling dislocated and I was having severe nerve pain through my ear. In the consultation, my daily migraines were diagnosed as related to the TMJ caused by clenching my teeth. The first treatment of botox injections gave me 95% improvement in both my TMJ and my migraines. My migraines have been minimal since the first treatment. When I had my one-month follow-up visit, I elected to have another round of botox injections to give me complete relief. My family and friends are delighted that I am no longer suffering with TMJ, but especially with the once or twice daily migraines. I began having them at 13 years old and I'm now 67, so I've had many types of treatments and medications. This is the first time I feel has been truly successful.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Krajekian and his staff! They were all so kind and comforting throughout the wisdom teeth removal process, which put my nerves at ease. They were extremely thorough in letting me know the details of what they would be doing before, during and after surgery. Also, you could tell that the doctor and his staff all genuinely care about helping people. They made a scary, painful situation better than I could’ve ever imagined, and I am grateful for that!

Dr Krajekian recently extracted and put implants in my 2 front teeth. He is so knowledgeable, listened to all of my concern. I can’t believe the pain is so minimal after having 4 implants 10 yrs ago that left me in excruciating pain. I recommend him 1000%

Dr krajekian is very efficient and very caring, The staff is very helpful with any questions I had, the staff is also very fun during my appointment visits.

My road to Dr Krajekian started in 2015 when I first had a sleep study that diagnosed severe sleep apnea, in the range of 100+ events per hour. I went to an ENT who recommended surgery to fix a deviated septum. This helped me breathe better but did nothing for the sleep apnea. A second test came back at 120 AHI events per hour in 2016. I resigned myself to a lifetime of CPAP but everyone who uses one knows how difficult it is. I finally saw Inspire Sleep and thought I had an answer. I went to the Cleveland Clinic and saw Dr Kominsky who said he could definitely help me. However, insurance had set a limit at 60 AHI events to qualify for surgery. I was definitely disappointed but Dr Kominsky said there was another option. He told me to look into MMA surgery that had shown excellent results regardless of the severity of the case. Not all was lost, I was happy that another door had opened. I immediately started researching doctors in my preferred provider list and came across Dr Krajekian. I pulled his info up on the Internet and was literally amazed. I had never seen a doctor with such a client rating across as many rating websites as Dr Krajekian. I scheduled my first appointment and was not disappointed. Dr Krajekian looked at my face and immediately said I was a good candidate for the procedure. He explained in detail that he wanted to move my upper and lower jaws forward with titanium plates and probably reposition my chin as well! The definition of success for this surgery in general is 50% reduction in AHI but that is not good enough for Dr Krajekian! His goal is 5 AHI or less and basically elimination of the disease, he has high standards. I am certain Dr Krajekian enjoys improving the life of his patients almost as much as the person he is treating. I am an IT person so the level of sophistication and innovative technology Dr Krajekian employs is fascinating, and he ties that together with what I believe is the best skill set in the country, possibly the world. Dr Krajekian wanted to do my surgery in 2 weeks from when I first met him, which is awesome, but very fast to get the pieces all lined up. I was not able to meet that timeline but I was on the operating table in 4 weeks. Dr Krajekian was able to get the robot for my surgery that cut my time on the table down by 2-3 hours. Very thankful for that since it was an 8 hour plus operation as is. Dr Krajekian stopped by the next morning and even though I felt miserable, he was very upbeat. Very positive and very happy with where I was even less than 24 hours after surgery. It was very difficult for me to be as excited but lifted my spirits immensely. The first shower that morning after surgery helped me feel alive and I would take showers multiple times a day after that. Something about it just helped me feel better. The first 4 days are extremely difficult following the surgery. Day 5 for me was Superbowl Sunday. This was actually my first “ok” day where I felt I made a jump forward in recovery. The next marker was around Day 7 and every day after that I have felt a little bit better. I am super happy with the results and I sleep better than I can ever remember. I have energy all day and sometimes I even have trouble going to sleep now! Before the surgery, I was tired all the time and could fall asleep in 30 seconds anywhere, at any time. I do not jerk and move around like I used to while sleeping which is a good indicator that the disease is much more in control. We will not know until I am fully healed and have another sleep study what the exact outcome is but I am thrilled with the result. My face looks better to me than before surgery and everyone thinks I look good. I was definitely concerned about that aspect but it has been a non-issue for me. I could not possibly thank Dr Krajekian and his team enough for what they have done for my quality of life. One of the other great aspects of this surgery is that I do not have a device like Inspire Sleep in my body. I feel that the surgery was the best option and I would choose it over Inspire if at all possible. Definitely not an easy road but nothing worth doing is ever easy.

I consulted Dr Krajekian for a very complicated issue and I was talking to many oral surgeons. From the first consultation itself I felt confident about his skills as surgeon as well as his varied and vast experience in the field, but over the treatment period my faith in him increased to a level that I now consider him as if he is a Doctor from the family. I know he will always recommend the best treatment options & has experience working on latest technologies (the advancement of technologies in the field of dentistry is phenomenal and it is extremely important to find a surgeon who is able to work with those). He will also always have backup plans. A surgeon who has plan A, B ,C is the sign of a good surgeon, at least when you are dealing with something complicated and specific. He takes times to explain the situation, answers all the questions and discusses the post -op care at length. I have spent much time looking for a good oral surgeon,I would highly recommend Dr Krajekian!
