From start to finish we had a wonderfully positive experience with Dr. Joe and his entire staff with all three of my children Every single person who works there is amazing, Dr. Joe, the receptionists at the front desk, the billing department, and all of the technicians. We have been going there since 2011 and it's still all of the same friendly staff. Dr. Joe was amazing during each step of treatment - before, during, and after all three of my kid's braces. He took his time and explained everything to each of us very thoroughly, was very caring and honest, listened to my kid's input and questions, and made us feel totally comfortable with each and every step. Dr. Joe personally called to check in after they first got their braces on to follow-up and to make sure there was no issues or pain. He also called back quickly any question I had with a prompt answer. Each visit was right on time, we've never had to wait long. Scheduling appointments was very easy and completely around our schedule. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate not only their patients but also parents, and siblings. The waiting area is awesome! It's always very clean, and beautifully decorated. There are video games/arcade for kids to play, a TV, free wi-fi, plenty of magazines and coffee, tea and hot chocolate! We are beyond happy with all of our experiences and of our outcomes!! By far one of the most professional and positive experiences for my family. There needs to be more offices like this one! Beautiful smiles fill our home now thanks to Dr. Joe! He’s by far the best around! I highly recommend him. You will NOT be disappointed.
