worst place dont ever come here I speak English this dentist disregarded my daughters pain and started speaking in Spanish to his assistant and she tried to help my daughter but he continued then my daughters nose started bleeding out of no where after an injection to numb her gums he would not speak to her father who was with her he told her father to not come over to the room when my daughter was screaming for her father he gave my daughter 1 injection and we left horrible experience we will never go back .

Dr. Ilan has done great dental work for me and my family. Everything always looks and feels perfect. He is a kind, warm and compassionate dentist. I cannot give him enough stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. The rudest dentist I’ve ever met. I wish I read these reviews before I went to him. He was arrogant and it was a “chore” to even talk to me. My only advise is to run not walk away.

He was the worst dentist I have been to he was so rough and did not do a full examination just told me I needed an extraction and walked out the room as I was asking him a question he just dismissed me as if I was not there he really needs some bedside manner training

I went to see him for the first time and he barely said hello. His cleaning was aggressive, rough and painful. He did not flinch when I pushed back into my chair, or when I made sounds for him to stop. Then he walked out of the room and did not say a word. Something is definitely wrong with him..

Like others on this site, I wish I'd read some of the reviews before choosing Dr. Ilan. Although I was the only patient in the office, I waited close to half an hour for him to come in for my examination after the hygienist did my X-rays. Each time the assistant went in to tell him I was ready, he told her "I'll be there in a second." Finally, I got up to put more money in the parking meter & there was Dr. Ilan, sitting in his chair, looking down at his phone. When he did, eventually, come into the room, he was unfriendly; and, as others have mentioned, didn't even converse with me. He barely looked at my X-rays on the computer screen, did not ask me about any dental problems & quickly looked at me teeth. He never examined my tongue, my mouth, my gums, etc as any prior dentist had. He pulled on a loose crown then offered me a dental implant to replace it. I pointed out an area of sensitivity and, rather than probe the area, he told me there was no cavity. The entire dental exam was less than 5 minutes & the rough "cleaning" he performed was 6 minutes at the most. This sham of a dental visit was a waste of time & money. Note: In order to post this review, I had to click on one star. Truth is...0 stars for Professionalism, 0 stars for Satisfactory Care, 0 stars for Personality.

Dr. Ilan is an excellent dentist who genuinely cares about his patients

Unfortunatley this Dentist didn’t even acknowledge my presence when he walked into the room. Nor did he even look my direction. This man was not friendly and lacked interpersonal skills. I wish I would’ve read the Google ratings prior to picking bc one was very accurate. I will be calling my insurance to find another Dentist bc I don’t feel comfortable having him conduct oral surgery on me or being my child’s dentist. The office is very clean and the assistants in the office were very professional and kind.

Came in with a raging toothache. It was after 5 and every office I called could not see me. The dentist started a root canal and go me out of pain so I could function and sleep through the night. He made sure I was comfortable during the whole process and I did not feel anything. He was very nice and kind.

The office is really nice and clean and the staff are nice for the most part. Unfortunately, in my experience Dr. Ilan is not as friendly. He doesn’t say hello or greet you in any manner. When he came into the room, he spoke with the dental assistant about me...didn’t explain anything to me... roughly looked in my mouth...made a decision on what dental procedure was needed and exited the room. Although the dental work is not bad, common courtesy is a necessity. Update: I received a telephone call from the dental office regarding this review. Initially Rachel, attempted to explain the reason Dr. Ilan did not speak to his patient upon entering the room as him being busy with another patient and did not have time for a full conversation. Which is understandable, however it is common courtesy for a professional of any sort to greet his patient, client etc before working on them. After this conversation, I appreciated the office reaching out to me. Later in the day, perhaps 2 hours later I received a missed call from the office. I returned the call and Rachel explained that she spoke with Dr. Ilan who was in the middle of a long root canal procedure and since I was reclined in the chair, it was not conducive to speak with me. Again, I understood and felt appreciative for the response to this complaint. Rachel then asked me to remove my review since it is damaging to their office. I stated why would I remove the review if this is what happened. In return, Rachel asked to cancel my follow up appointment. This business lacked professionalism, social skills and common courtesy. I will be seeking dental services from another office. PLEASE TAKE THIS HONEST REVIEW INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN RESEARCHING DENTAL OFFICES.

Doctor Ilan is gentle, kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. I have referred many friends and family to this office and will continue to do so. All of my experiences as a patient have been excellent.

The office staff is competent and pleasant. The hygentist excellent. Dr. Ilan, abrupt, inconsiderate,lack of concern for patient. Will not return.

Went in for a cleaning. The front desk and dental hygienist were helpful. Then doctor Ilan came in and hardly acknowledged me or the hygienist. He then tried to check my teeth and POKED my lip with the needle like dental tool and did not say sorry or even acknowledge his mistake. I was bleeding from the lip when I left the office. I understand people make mistakes but to not even apologize is terrible. This guy does not care about patients. He only cares about money. He will not receive another dollar from me again.

Brash, rude and completely distracted and rough. I will never go back. Save yourself the annoyance and pain and go elsewhere.

This Dentist is the most rude person I have ever met and extremely unprofessional. He did not greet me, barely spoke to me while I was there,did not ask about my past history, I have sensitivity and he was very aggressive. He was mostly on his phone, did a half fast cleaning, had a random conversation with his helper while doing my cleaning and then stormed off. It is apparent Dr. Ilan does not have people skills nor manor and if I had a cavity I would not trust fill it. His staff is amazing

I had been going to the same dentist for many years when he suddenly stopped taking my insurance. A couple of buddies at work had been to Dr. Ilan and told me to give him a try. When some of my old bridgework became loose, Dr. Ilan's office was able to bring me in right away. It turns out I had a massive cavity under the bridge. Dr. Ilan replaced it for me and the whole procedure was relatively painless. The new bridge looks great. I can't say I'm looking forward to my next dental appointment (because who is??) but I am confident I will be in good hands with my dental work in the future.
