I suffer from severe anxiety and Dr Pritchard and his staff did everything they could to calm me down before my surgery this morning. I had my 4 wisdom teeth plus two others removed this morning. I am not at home relaxing. A sincere thank you to Dr Pritchard and his entire staff for making my experience a great one.

No issue with Dr. Prichard, but his insurance person lied to me. I have no respect for someone that flat out lies to me. I will not be going back to see him and I do not recommend him. You have to trust your doctor AND the people in his office. When that is gone, it's gone. His rates are extremely high and if you don't have insurance you will have to pay the full price up front, which is not easy. I did not come away with a positive feeling about the "total experience" from the consultation. I felt all they wanted was up front payment and didn't care how that affects me. The rate I paid for an implant last year is about half what they want to charge this year because this procedure is not covered by insurance. You will pay upfront with a check, cash, credit card or you will have to get financing. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend him based on my experience.

The day I walked in the dentist,Dr.Pritchard and his staff made me feel comfortable and worry free.I had a tooth extraction,Dr.Pritchard did a wonderful job.
