My daughter has a very complicated mouth! She is congenitally missing 10 teeth. You can guess the amount of orthodontics and dental work she will go through. We're on our 2nd round of orthodontic treatment now. And though the first Orthodontist is extremely good and reputable, my daughter's preferences were different this 2nd time around. She wanted someone who understood aesthetics... she wanted a female and wanted someone younger. Dr. Milnor seemed to understand what my daughter was after immediately, and they connected. With as much time as my daughter will spend in the chair, this was important for me. The other thing that was important, was the rest of the team. I work with companies getting the right team and getting them aligned, so I'm pretty aware of that when I see it. Dr. Milnor's entire staff model exceptional customer service, friendliness, patience... all the kinds of behaviors you'd want your child to experience. My daughter just left for a spring break trip to help with flood relief in Texas, right after a State Basketball tournament. At 10:00 pm the night before, a band broke and the wire slipped. Since she has "flippers" or fake teeth covering up the gaps, this wasn't good. I called the backup number and a member of Dr. Milnor's team met us the next morning first thing in the parking lot of the school to repair everything before my daughter boarded the bus for State, and then on to Texas. That's just an example of the lengths they go to in order to take care of their patients. It's really an incredible group on many levels. I'm grateful for them!
