I can not believe I would ever read a negative review of Dr. Brummer! I have been a patient for some time now, and have found her and the staff to be nothing but caring and compassionate, period. I am thankful to have Dr. Brummer for my dentist, as she always makes sure I am comfortable, which is important to this “coward”! She is a top notch dentist in my book!

Prior to today I would give this practice a 5 star. My family has been w/Dr Trunnell for 25 yrs. Today I was expressing my concern in change of treatment plan with their Hygienist. We agreed on the goals for the day, and got on nicely for 1/2 hr. Dr. Brummer, Dr. Trunnell's daughter interrupted us, and called me out, saying my comments with the hygienist were inappropriate. Two sides to every story, but I was firm but polite with the hygienist. Dr. Brummer said no more work would be done this day on a crown that took me 4 weeks to schedule. When I asked if she was kicking me out, she said yes. I believe the patient, as customer, has the right to question and interact with health care professionals. Apparently Dr. Brummer feels she is above all that, and patients have no say, and must accept without question. I like Dr. Mark Trunnell, but if he is planning to hand over his practice to his daughter, he may want to coach her in Dr./Patient collaboration. Apparently they have more 25 yr. business than they need, so I will help them. I'm gone.
