I can't say enough about the team at Forney Family Dentistry! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cozby is truly an expert in her field and she offers transparent and realistic treatment advice and options. I also appreciate the wonderful praise & worship music she has playing for everyone to enjoy! You can tell her staff truly cares about the patients and is faith based. So refreshing. Also, I didn't have any pain! I will definitely advocate for Forney Family Dentistry.

I always have a good and comfortable visit at FFD! Ive been coming for years and have referred alot of friends and family because they are so accomadating to my needs, I'm super sensitive, always needs the laughing gas and love to watch movies while I'm there and they never make me feel like they are rushing BTW- Jess and Cyndi are great hygienist and keep my teeth shiny

I just had my new patient appointment and my hygienist- Christy- was so informative and really made me feel like she cared for my teeth. I've been to office where when you walk out, you feel like you were just pitched a used car! But her and Dr Cozby took the time to explain what I needed, priority of the work and then Claudia helped to get me scheduled! I'm not the first to say I love the dentist, but they helped me look forward to a healthy mouth

Thank you for taking care of my teeth, my families teeth and the manner in which you do it. My wife and kids also come here and they even LOOK FORWARD to the Dino room. Thanks again for what you do BTW- Jessica is a great hygienist and always has a smile

Dr Cozby has done several procedures on me and I love coming to see Jessica for my cleanings! just a great experience overall and everyone really seems to love being there and enjoy their careers!

I love this place! Courtney Crow is my TMJ therapist and she is so patient. I look forward to resolving my TMJ issues with this therapy. After just one session, I experienced relief like I have rarely ever known.

I love Dr. Cozby, she is a busy dentist, so you don't see her much at a routine visit, she is usually in and out. But my 4 year old has seen her since he was 6 months old, and my husband and I use her as well. We have never had any more out of pocket costs than maybe $80 (we purchased a waterpik from her that time, so that is understandable); her hygenists are phenomenal. I love her staff, they stay with you the entire time of your visit, and ask you if there is anything you need while you wait; one of the dental assistants even went on a 15 minute search for some juice while my son was being seen because he was thirsty. She has a very cute kid friendly room, as well as a nice area for children to play with a Wii and several game options. They really do go above and beyond to make sure their clients have the best experience, because who really LIKES going to the dentist. YES they may be a bit more expensive than some other dentists, and if you go in there without dental insurance, you're going to probably pay a lot...but you get what you pay for, and she is worth it! I would rather pay a bit more, to make sure my family has a better experience than to have to sit in a nasty waiting room, deal with unfriendly staff who hate their job, and see dirty exam rooms; Forney Family Dentistry is VERY clean, they have state of the art technology, and their staff has always been very friendly.

You have to wonder if she has worked hard for all of the publicity or if it has all been bought.... I say bought.... She does have high tech equipment but lack of care and concern. I chipped my front tooth and went in to her office armed with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. She looked at it and basically told me 6636.00 will be your out of pocket cost. She sent me out the door with nothing but more fear, worry and devastation. I asked her office staff to help set up a plan.... They did not get back to me in a timely manner. This will probably blow your mind if you live in Forney... I called the Texas Kids Dentistry in Terrell (The one at Tanger). Not only did they get me in immediately, the Dentist actually sealed my front chip up and put temporary filling so I didn't have to walk around with an obvious chipped tooth! The Terrell Dentist has worked with me and Oral Surgeon Tom Drapper to fix me up 110%! I am only 2300 out of pocket! 4000.00 less than Dr. Cozbys office! My tooth is made of titanium ( top of the line) and has a life time warranty guaranteed by the fabulous oral surgeon. Seems to me Dr. Cozby is trying to hold Hollywood prices in our comfortable caring small town of Forney. Thanks Melina for allowing me to leave your office with nothing but more concerns and fears....

Dr. Cozby office is state of the art however I would not recommend her. She lacks confidence in her abilities and is not comfortable with her decisions in treatment.
