This office was good my first visit. With each subsequent visit it became less than stellar. Recently one hygenist did my cleaning and he did the sloppiest cleaning I've ever had. The office never called to confirm my appointment this time as they used to before. And on top of it all they charged me a surprise $10 COVID fee. Firstly, this office has terrible communication. Secondly, they surprise you with charges and fees. They are not transparent. If they had better communication and transperancy I'd still be with them. If they told me about extra fees I wouldn't mind. So, due to this and other issues, 2 customers lost.

Worst practice ever. Went there once and never again. All I went for was an annual cleaning and checkup and after that my one tooth hurt so bad I found out it was cracked and subsequently had to be pulled. My husband also had a tooth chip after his checkup the same night! Told him they wouldn't even clean his teeth unless he did a deep cleaning. He has since seen another dentist who said that was nonsense. They did a great job convincing me I needed a night guard because I grind my teeth that cost me $400.00. I can't wear it at all due to discomfort and they would not issue me any refund. It's funny though because they told my husband he also needed one and he has sleep apnea so his mouth is open when he sleeps. I think they are scamming people into buying an expensive device they don't really need. Do NOT use this office!
