The staff at Dr Renos are amazing!! They are always friendly, helpful, and make you feel so welcome. My whole family goes here and they do great with my 2 girls, my husband and I who has a great level of anxiety with the dentist. They make you feel relaxed and always answer any questions we have. I highly recommend the team for anyone looking for a great dentist and team!

Yesterday was the first time in 10 years that I had a dental appointment that I didn't need ANY pain medication and suffered NO pain or discomfort. The staff and Dr. Reno are all GREAT people, listening and addressing my fears from the very beginning. I am actually looking forward to my next Dentist visit (NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD TYPE THAT!)

Been with Dr. Reno for over 11 years. Wouldn't see any other dentist in Wichita. He is very professional and his staff are great. My family enjoys getting their teeth cleaned. His hygienists are great!

Very unhappy with this Dr. I went to him for 15+ years (only because I really liked the rest of his staff) and in that time I had no less than 7 root canals & 7 crowns, 5 of which fell off within 3 years (and each time he'd blame it on the lab who made them). 4 of those teeth ended up breaking altogether and ended up needing to be extracted anyway. During one frustrating revisit he had the nerve to tell me all about his big house being featured in a local magazine. The icing on the cake was when I switched jobs and had a 284 day dental waiting period on my new insurance, and soon after that was recruited by another company with the same waiting period , so was unable to get some tooth work I needed done as it would be extremely expensive without insurance. When my insurance finally kicked in and I had a dental emergency and was in excruciating pain he told his receptionist to tell me that he no longer wanted me as a patient since I didn't do what he recommended when he recommended it. I explained the insurance situation but it didn't matter. He left me to find a new dentist in the midst of debilitating tooth pain after 15+ years as a good paying customer who spent tens of thousands of dollars with him. That was the peak of unprofessionalism. Luckily I found an amazing new dentist who took care of my problem and all the other problems this dentist has caused.
