Dr. Oscar Kwame Gagoh

Do not go to Lathrup Family Dentistry with Dr Oscar Gagoh. As soon as you walk in the door the staff asks if you've had a root canal. From this point on no matter what your issue is they will try to steer you towards a root canal. All I had was a tooth that got food trapped in it all the time. He improperly shaved my tooth down to prepare me for a crown. The temporary did not fit, had holes and cracks and exposed tooth causing me 2 weeks of throbbing pain. He said I needed a root canal. I ran out of there to eastbrooke dental in Novi, MI and they confirmed that Dr gagoh lied, I didn't need a root canal in fact a filing probably would have corrected the problem and that Dr gagoh put on a thin misshapen temporary. Dr gagoh didn't sound professional or knowledgeable. My instincts told me to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. AVOID LATHRUP FAMILY DENTISTRY AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL PAY FOR IT.

I am a very happy patient of Dr. Oscar! He has been always professional, gentle, incredibly knowledgable and kind. I have come across a number of MDs, but non of them were as excellent in their understanding as Dr. Gagoh! He does the unimaginable restoration work, has a fantastic knowledge of anatomy, so the outcome is stunning! Unfortunately he has moved to the US, but some of his UK patiens still visit him there. I wish I could, as I have never trusted a Doctor as much as Dr. Oscar Gagoh! Excellence in dental surgery at its FINEST, this guy has some standards!!! I do trust him with my life for a good reason! Some 15 yrs ago he has fixed my teeth, noone could, I have almost given up, when Dr. Gagoh has turned it all round and I still enjoy the freedom of smiling! THANK YOU Dr. Gagoh, BLESS YOU!

Dr. Gagoh has always treated me very professionally, his knowledge ans standard of work is unparalleled, excellent! It was, as I have found out, his passion to do dentistry, so he took it to another level. I have met a number of MDs, but Dr. Gagoh is the finest and best, without exaggeration! I knew, that I will get the best treatment, in a relaxed, gentle and professional manner, a royal standard! This guy seriously knows his job and truely lives it! The finest dental surgeon! When he moved to the US, a lot of his patients were really sad at the loss, but some have travelled to the US for a treatment, and still do. THAT is something, not many MDs can say! Hats off! I wish other medical staff had the same heart and mind!
