This doctor and staff have changed my life. I love the caring compassionate way in which they have educated me and my family about our teeth. They have worked with my insurance to make sure that I have the minimum out-of-pocket cost. I have recommended them to everyone I know. I have never waited for more than a minute or so in the waiting room.

The staff and Doctor are amazing. They really care and will work with you to choose what is best for you, not what is best for them!!!

I have always had a fear of dentists ever since my dentist 30 years ago traumatized me. I read the reviews and went to see Dr. Shroff. I instantly liked her. She calmed my fears, examined my mouth and suggested a few things I could do to maintain my teeth. I needed a cavity done so she filled it immediately and the whole experience was very smooth. I was not rushed. I was given respect and could see that she wanted to help!!! Very refreshing. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Shroff was out of town and my tooth broke, she prescribed meds for me and when I was not better drove 45 mins to see me and get me taken care off. #BestDentistEVER

Dr. Shroff and her staff are, by far, the very best dental office I have EVER been to. I went to her because she has hundreds of Facebook likes and I too have liked her there because she is amazing. I have told all my friends to drop their dentist and GO SEE DR. SHROFF. I was on Facebook and was shocked at the amazing reviews there. She is always on time and so polite that a Southern girl like me was surprised. She was honest, told me that I did not need the work another dentist told me I needed. I will never go anywhere else again

Sometimes, things have a funny way of working out. I had another dentist who was too busy to see me when I was in pain and also used to over charge me. I decided to look for a new dentist and the response that Dr. Shroff has on Facebook made me decide to try her. I was amazed. They got me in right away, that same day....I did not have to wait at all. My root canal was diagnosed and taken care of that day itself. She took her time with me. I asked why she had the time and she said that she avoids any overbooked patients and someone had cancelled that day. The best part was the price was right!!! I liked the free beverages....lol. If you are looking for a lot of fluff and beautiful modern wait rooms etc this doctor is not for you. But if you are looking for some southern hospitality from a dentist office who knows how to treat you right, you are in the right place. We live in Lagrange and my family are now all converted to her...

Dr. Shroff is by far the most patient dentist I have ever seen. SHE DOES NOT DOUBLE BOOK APMTS and there is NO Wait time. Her Staff are kind and loving. My family drives 50 mins to get to her and we feel that this is worth every minute of the drive. Will not go anywhere else. Her work on my front teeth is admired by other specialist dentists too!!!

I think I love this dentist. She put crowns on my front teeth and I was so scared but they were BEAUTIFUL. Well worth the reasonable fees. Her staff are the best ever. There is free coffee and cold beverages fill a glass fridge for all to drink! I tell everyone that she is West Point's best kept secret!!!
