Dr. Preston Calvin Carter

Mediocre dentist or it seems, receptionist and hygienist are very people oriented and customer focused. Dr. Carter is polite but very distant and runs out of the room before you can ask a question. I had a procedure done recently and his assistant actually said if you have any complications just do whatever it is you do if you have a headache or backache. In other words don’t call us! Time for me to select a new dentist.

Difficult to schedule, his wife is his office manager and ensures the high income patients that are having crowns ect get the appointment they want.

Not flexible for shift work, they won't book afternoon appointments.

Not friendly and acts like patients are ruining his day by coming in. Subsequently I relieved him of this burden by going elsewhere. In addition his office staff did not give me the option of scheduling, one time they said 8:30 and I stated I needed a later appointment so the lady said "fine 9:00"
