I loved that the staff at the front desk, the girls were so sweet and polite, I called the morning of and explained my situation and how urgent it was for me to be seen and had an appointment that day. The only reason I had such a long wait time was because I was squeezed in the day of. The things I disliked... there is no privacy in the rooms for patients, only a curtain between chairs of patients. In my case I was embarrassed of what was going on with my mouth and I know between the time I got my X-rays taken and how big of deal my situation was made by the dentist herself not only did the entire staff hear and know what was going on, also the patients as well. The doctor was in and out within 3-5 minutes, although she was concerned she made me feel more uneasy about my situation and kept a disgusted look on her face almost well known she was terrified. She came up with a scenario to happen that day just to come back three days later to make an unknown treatment plan at the time. My comfortability with her idea was never discussed, the cost of what she was wanting done immediately was never spoken of. That is the only negative thing I can say about this office, by her reaction I could tell she was a very sympathetic and caring dentist I just didn't like feeling rushed, embarrassed, and assumed I could fork out money required for a temporary plan to decide on a treatment plan.
