Dr. Tosto is the best dentist I have seen, I would highly recommend him!

I have been going to the Howard Rincon office for 3 years now and find the doctor and staff to be the best I've seen!

I visited Howard Family Dental in Rincon on several occasions. I had a tooth crack and he put a crown on which to this day still is so sensitive that I have trouble eating. I had a crown come off and he said the old one could not be put back on and I had to have a new one which came off with in a couple of months of going on, this one is still sensitive and I never had any problems previously. While the office and staff were efficient and friendly I feel that they just wanted my money. I have since changed dentist and so far I am satisfied. I know I was spoiled by my previous dentist who had to retire unexpectedly. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
