I have never been disappointed after a visit to Dr. Riads office in Tonawanda. Dr. Riad and his staff are the best!

Started with phone call to office to state my issue with pain. The reseptionist told me to come in within 1 hr of my call. After exam and exrays ,Dr.Riad explained that I would need a crown and filling (to replace an existing filling).He explained in great detail my options,he would like to do it that day but do to other camitments he set it up with his associate Dr.Andy.When she came,she explained the procedure step by step.Along with the technician ,the procedure went well with great detail to crown and the proper fit.The following week,i went in for follow up and all was good??.I would like to thank all the staff for adjusting the schedule to fit me in to address my issue. I went to Dr. Riad for a filling. After assessing my tooth, he decided that I really needed a crown. I was dead set against a crown. He asked me why I didn't want it and had a positive answer for all my concerns. He told me I wouldn't have to come back for more visits and I would be out of there in an hr. He even worked through his lunch to accomplish this. I left there in less than an hr. What other dentist would do all this for a difficult patient like me. I will be a much nicer patient for life. Dr riad is friendly and curtious. Does a great job on all my dental needs. Staff is super friendly. I never wait more than 10 min. to see doc.
