His office is incredibly empathetic, hard working and they all go the extra mile to make your experience as easy as possible. Very accommodating to meet your timing and emergencies. Fairly priced and open to working out payment plans for patients. Spotless and hygienic throughout. For so many reasons, I will always come back to New York for this doctor.

Before I met Dr. Heifetz, I had visited many dentists who were unable to help me in the way that I needed to be helped. I went to Dr. Heifetz because he was highly recommended. I was having trouble with my bite and was very uncomfortable. When I closed my mouth, I had very little space between my upper and lower teeth. I was "locked in" and was grinding my teeth badly, which made my teeth very sensitive and was causing TMJ. Dr. Heifetz was able to temporarily relieve my bite issues in just one visit and got me out of a lot of pain. He then proposed a permanent solution of replacing my veneers and a few crowns. The veneers that he made were absolutely stunning and fit perfectly. He checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was comfortable. The new veneers were a perfect color match to my natural teeth. I could not have been happier with the work that he performed. I have never met a dentist who cares more about his patients or has more persistence in pursuing perfection. His entire staff is also amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Heifetz to anyone looking for a superior dentist.
