This place will let you get in worse shape while they string you along. Most definitely the worst place I have ever dealt with! There needs to be a class action lawsuit to shut them down.

I have had several root canals, the first of which was performed by another dentist. It was a very long procedure and very painful afterwards. Dr. Shufflebarger did all the other root canals, and the procedure was always fairly quick and painless. I'll always seek out Dr. Shufflebarger in the future for this kind of procedure. He's simply the best!

My child had a procedure done by this physician. No one explained "after care" to myself nor did the Physician or his staff discuss how the procedure went and on my childs paperwork, the medication listed as a med that was called in to the pharmacy is a medication that my child is allergic to. When i got to the pharmacy, a different med was called in. When trying to reach someone in the office to talk to, 75% of the time you have to leave a message. When i wanted to talk to Megan the office manager, i was given a different phone number for her. I tried to call her 3 different times. I was not able to leave a message because her mailbox was full every time. When i was able to talk to Megan, she was not nice, unprofessional, not very apologetic and does not have a clue about patient care. I have never seen a physician's office that behaves in this manner. From my experience, I wish we did not choose this Physician. His staff needs to be educated and taught how to properly treat and care for their patients. He needs Chip Madera to visit his office to teach about a culture of excellence!

I have nothing but praise for the Doctor and his staff. All were polite, friendly and efficient. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and the entire procedure start to finish took less than 1 hour. His staff was very knowledgeable. The injections to numb me were quick and relatively painless. The extraction itself took less than 10 seconds and it was out so quick I didn't even know he was finished. All of the post-procedure paperwork was ready to go when I checked out. I would highly recommend Dr. Shufflebarger.

I had total of 22 teeth extracted for dentures and could not be more pleased with the service and care I received. Dr Shufflebarger traveled to my Drs office for the procedure which was very convenient. My appointment was at 12:30 and I was out the door at 2:30. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and all the staff was very kind and excelled at their craft. I have no pain and very little swelling....at the follow up appointment the next day with my dentist they stated that everything was healing exceptionally well. I am extremely pleased with Dr Shufflebarger and would recommend him to anyone. Thank You every so much!

Wow, what an impressive physician & staff! From our very first encounter with Dr. Shufflebarger's receptionist at the desk to the time we left, this office was completely professional and impressive. The receptionist worked quickly to get our papers to us when we arrived, they got us back to the room quick, Shelby explained the instructions in detail, and Dr. Steve asked me twice (before & after surgery) if I had any questions. The forms were clear and easy-to-read instructions. The office is so clean giving you a comfort level that "everything" is clean. We received lots of smiles from the staff. You should be VERY PROUD of everything you do to help your patients. GREAT JOB!

Dr. Shufflebarger has removed teeth on my daughter, Karley and my son, Zachary and he has always been professional and caring. They have both healed quickly and have had no issues.

Dr. Steve did a great job removing my 3 wisdom teeth. Was in an out from start to finish in less then an hour. Entire staff was helpful and caring. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I saw Dr Shufflebarger at the Beavercreek location for a few extractions and was very impressed. They took an xray and were able to tell me what was going on in my mouth, I thought I had one tooth that was hurting me but there was actually a few broken off teeth that were causing the pain and problems. His staff spent lots of time with me educating me about the extractions I needed. They also spent a great deal of time going over my medical history and medications I take to ensure that everything was going to be OK in my surgery and recovery. I was nervous but the staff was very helpful and reassuring talking me through the numbing process and extraction. The extraction was so fast and easy! I was amazed at how fast and painless he got the teeth out. I felt me entire experience was top notch!

Dr Steve was absolutely wonderful!!! The office was clean and an appointment time was made so I didnt have to miss work. The staff was so nice and explained everything to me ahead of time and so did Dr Steve when he was taking out my tooth. The extraction was quick and painless!!! Best extraction expierence ever for me!!! Highly recamend him to anyone!!!

Customer service was terrible.. Got dry socket and never recieved help. I would never recommend anyone go here.

Do not subject yourself to this doctor. One of the most horrible experiences with a health care professional (or unprofessional) I have encountered. The procedure was extremely rough. It seemed like the doctor was in a big hurry to yank out my teeth with little regard for my well being. I felt like i was on an assembly line. The dr nor his staff had any bed side manor. It has been over a week and my face is still swollen, I have awful pain in my mouth and jaw, and I still can't eat solids. I was concerned with my condition and contacted the office. I was told to put a warm rag on my face and take some Tylenol. Even after I indicated that wasn't helping I was told the doctor was out of town and they couldn't do anything for me.

He and his staff told me I could not have my extracted tooth because of CDC rules. That is a flat out lie.

i will never go back to him, it was the worse time i have ever had at a doctor office. i never met the doctor. the nurse who was numbing my mouth told me to be quiet when she was giving me 10 shots in my gums so i don't scare kids in the other rooms then shut the door i wasn't even that loud. i have ptsd, and anxiety i told them. when the nurse gave me laughing gas i reacted in a horrible anxiety attack i've never had before i couldn't breath i was crying and shaking barely able to walk and the nurse told me to just leave she didn't care about me not breathing. because of this experience i'm getting my braces taken off.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction that involved the gum being cut and the tooth removed in 3 pieces, as it was sitting on a nerve. It was also infected. Dr. Shufflebarger was a nice doctor, but he is too busy. My appointment was on a Friday at Noon. My name wasn't called until 12:50 and then the dental tech was the one to numb me and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I have no issue with needles but her techniques were painful and I wasn't thrilled with a tech doing the injection rather than the doctor. My procedure did not start until 1:50 because he was so busy with multiple patients in every room. I was out the door by 2:15. I was discharged with prescriptions to fill at my local pharmacy and after care paperwork. No follow-up appointments are arranged, just a 'have a nice day and thank you' on your way out the door. In general it was a bad experience and I will not go back for my last two wisdom teeth to be extracted and will go to a different oral surgeon. I went to Dr. Shufflebarger as I was referred to him by my regular dentist. It felt like you were cattle and 'how many heads can I fit into today' Patient volume and $$$. Nice guy but too busy and lousy set-up with multiple offices, as he rents space on different days from different dental practices. I will not go back nor will I recommend.

Rude assistants. Charged me for nitrous when they're machine didnt even work, stabbed me gums with those needles so quickly it hurt, badly. Youre supposed.to do it slow. Dentist came in didnt even introduce himself , i dont.even know what he looks like. He didnt even sit down he just stood there, reached into my mouth and yanked my tooth out and was.gone, no stitches, no after care talk, no what to expect talk, nothing at all. They should have reimbursed me for the money i spent on the nitrous that they couldnt even figure out how to use and went ahead and stabbed me any way with those needles that i am afraid of hence why i needed the nitrous in the first place. I never ever ever see thia dentist or his rude, unfriendly staff again.

I had my four wisdom teeth extracted. I had a great experience from the time of scheduling until after the procedure. I was provided with an appointment that was convenient with my schedule-I did not have to miss work since I was able to be treated on a Saturday. My insurance was reviewed with me prior to the procedure by the Business Manager and I knew in advance what I had to pay on my appointment date. The staff was great upon arrival and accommodating. I was comforted by staff and the procedure was well explained to me. Dr. Steve had the teeth out so quickly I had no idea they were even out! My care instructions were reviewed with me and I did not even have to take the pain medication! Great experience. I would highly recommend to everyone.
