Ingot a bad crown done by him, went back five times to complain about pain, rough edge of the crown, and cold discomfort. He did nothing. A year later I saw another dentist who said the tooth had decay under the crown, and the tooth had to be pulled. The whole mess with an implant cost me $4,000, not to mention I paid for the crown that only lasted a year

I was very disappointed. The doctor doesn't give me much time, and always tells me the same thing: you need a bite guard. I wanted to hear something different after years of hearing that. His hygienist was not knowledgeable and told me it was ok not to floss, and gave me a quick cleaning without measuring any pockets, etc. I expressed my disappointment in my last visit with the dentist but got no response..
