I highly recommend Dr. Charchut's office!! Dr. Charchut and his assistant Pamela are out standing!! They both took the "time" to explain what the process was of getting my son's braces put on and taken off. I never felt they where in a hurry to get us out of there. Which means a lot to me. Along with the fact that Pamela made it fun for my son (it's Halloween let's pick out fun colored rubber bands, it's Christmas, what fun color today). My son's braces are now off and his teeth are perfect. Thank You Dr. Charchut and Pamela!! I will pass your information on to others.

5 Stars for sure!! Dr. Charchut's is the place to go! Pam is welcoming, knowledgeable and answered every question with a smile. Thank you, Pam for your making our experience GREAT! Donna and Rhonda & Becky are super helpful at the front desk. Janet, Jonie and Jodi are super friendly also. I would highly recommend this as the place to get our braces. They make smiles happen !

Dr. Charchut is a great orthodontist! Such a welcoming environment within the office by the staff and Dr. Charchut himself is very friendly. Such a caring individual and makes sure you leave his office satisfied, every time. My teeth look amazing!!!! Very pleased!!! Would highly recommend him to my friends and family!!!

We started at this office after a good first impression of the front desk gal and Dr. Charchut. The assistants, that actually do the work, seem unhappy, rushed, and impatient with the patients, and offer little to no detail during the process each time we are in the chair. They respond with annoyance when asked for detail. Skill level is also questionable. Dr. Charchut is pleasant, yet appears uninterested in any concerns, and it shows by the help he employs. I would not recommend going here.
