i am with dr pray from three years, he and his staff at reception was very good but from last year he changed the staff, the new staff are very lazy to book appointments,, the deal bad with me, they don't care about emergency cases,i have two insurance and his office accepted both but they tried hard to take cash money from my pocket despite i am fully covered, from one week my son have pain from wisdom teeth and they not accept me to book appointment for him despite he is one of dr pray patient three years he regularly visit him and his insurance card accepted and it valid, I called them many times,i called them early morning today they said my son needs to deposit $100 before booking an appointment and when my son come they give it back to him, i was shocked he is in pain and they don't care and I can't go to the oral surgeon without referral from dr pray because dr pray his dentis, I am not recommending dr, pray to any patient, because he and his staff right now never creating smile for anybody, I feel bad for them because they are losing them humanity, i called another dentis near him and he accepts my son to visit him right away because he is in pain

I was there today and Dr Pray & Joy put a Crown in and did a fantastic job as always. I have always been treated the best and never to wait for my Appointments. Candice, Kellie,Lia, Taylor, Susie,Joy, Barbara, & Jimene you guys are the best!!! If someone or Family looking for a Great Dentist he is the one. I Highly recommend him. Oh I forgot to mention I started going there when I was 18 and now I am 70!!!

As usual, Dr. Pray and his staff saw to my concerns in a timely and professional manner. An explanation was given which had to do with a slight sensation in one of my teeth. I left the office knowing that I had chosen the right dental office.
