I have visted this office for about 4 times at least. I was convinced to take the Care credit, instead of arranging scheduled payment. The point that made me agree was that the payment I got approved for covered my future visit for follow up ( filling and teeth clean8ng) Surprisingly, my first follow up I was requested to make outrageous payment. I raised observation and the payment was reduced. I reluctantly paid to get attended to. My next visit, I was asked to pay additional over 160 dollars. I declined and insisted I was been robbed and cheated. The clerk went in for consultation and returned that I should pay 66 dollars instead. I was put off and regret my choice of this clinic. I do not wish to use this clinic anymore. I wished I asked question more before deciding on them. The very disgusting issue here, is the inconsistencies of their staff and record. Beware of been lured to take care credit and the unwritten span of coverage.
