Dr. Todd Scott Klein

I could not have had a better treatment from this office. From entering the front door to when I left. All professional and very caring. Avery cleaned my teeth the first visit and scheduled an appointment for a cracked crown. The temporary crown came off (my fault) and I called and got in and out quickly. All very gracious. I would recommend Dr Klein to anyone who needs a dentist and want to be treated as a person. Thanks All

Dr. Klein came through for me, despite my previous review of 1 star, I now rate this dentistry a 5 star. Dr Klein apologized and made 2-3 attempts to contact me, once we connected - he set everything right. I look forward to working with him as my dentist of choice.

If you need a Dentist, I highly recommend Klein Dental Arts. Dr. Todd Klein and his staff are awesome...they make you feel like family, they don't rush you until your issues have been resolved. Having a Christian Dr. and Staff caring for you is so comforting and they constantly reassure you that they are there anytime you need them....I know this is the truth from experience. Loved Dr. Klein for visit one. Plans made and the business office people dropped the ball. Wish I could rate them seperate from the Dr. Klein. I have a tooth that cracked in half and is painful when eating, I have to chew on just one side. Weeks have gone by and what should have happened in a few days, applying and getting a pre-auth from the insurance company still hasn't happened. Today I fired them. I asked for my records to be sent to my home e-mail and put it in writing, the BOM couldn't even get that right - they sent it to my work e-mail. At least one phone call went unreturned. IMHO the business office there is inept at best.

Had my first visit since a mandated change in military retiree dental insurance. What pleasant surprise my visit was. Dr. Klein's new offices were spotless, bright and ultra modern. Crystal was a wonderful hygienist she handles a full range of x-rays and provided a painless and thorough cleaning. Dr. Klein was great, he took the time to discuss and provide information that I needed to make decisions about my dental health in advance, instead of finding out after appliances and fixtures have been destroyed. The staff was pleasant and helpful, communications were smooth and clear. Loved my first visit. If any military retirees are still on the hunt for a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Klein. :)

My husband and I both went in for cleanings. Crystal was FANTASTIC! She took her time and made us comfortable. She was thorough and gentle. I was a bit nervous before she started but it was so easy! Our teeth looked great when she was done. I love the flavored cleaning paste too! Dr Klein came in and visited, checked us out and gave us a report on our dental health. It was a nice surprise to go to a dentist.

Put on hold forever, inept office staff, wait over an hour for an appt, don't return calls with billing questions.

I am new to town and was looking for a dentist to help continue my dental care. Dr. Klein and his staff were very welcoming and were very thorough. They answered my questions and put me at ease. I have had my treatment completed and was delighted that my treatment didn't hurt! I strongly recommend Dr. Klein and his staff at Klein Dental Arts to anyone looking for a top notch dental office!
