Dr. Valerie M Watson

Dr Watson made me feel very comfortable in the office when I was seen. Every dental appointment can be somewhat scary but Dr Watson and her staff made me feel at ease. She explained everthing to me and answered any questions I had about it. My family and myself are very pleased with the dental office.

Dr. Watson kept my husband and I going to her office every few weeks. She would say we needed things done then not do them and on one occasion I went in for some dental work and spent the entire visit, almost 2 hours "being examined" and I'm sure she billed for it. Then a letter in the mail stating "it's the end of the year don't forget to use your dental benefits before they expire!". I have HAD IT WITH HER. I paid 600 dollars for a nightguard which broke and she made a new one in addition to a one for the upper teeth. I asked her why she made it so thin and again with the "I don't want to cause you pain" then advising me to come back if it breaks as she already has my molds. It broke in 3 weeks and when I called I was told, "just come back for my regular appointment and she would look at it then". That is NOT what she told me. She simply wants the business to bill. I AM OVER IT!
