If I could choose zero stars, that would be my choice. I will not expound on his ethics at this time. Just know, I have 30 years experience assisting dentists and oral surgeons. When I questioned my treatment plan, Dr. Busch stated, and I quote, “You know too much.”. Dr. Busch, This is not my first rodeo! I trusted you. I’ve have tried to obtain all of my records from your office twice, but you failed. I spent thousands of dollars on restorations and X-rays, yet the records you did send were incomplete. I spoke with you office manager today. I am expecting a call from you by the end of the day tomorrow. Your behavior and lack of patient care is more than inappropriate.

I have had over $20,000.00 of work done by Dr Busch, %70 of the crowns and implants I have had constant problems with. He get multiple patients going and loses focus of what he is doing. His staff is lacking in education or are just not good at what they do. The last X-ray I had done it took her 8 tries to get a usable one. I have gone back numerous times to try to get the problems fixed and he seems clueless on how to fix the work he is done. I feel he has lied about what is happening.

I have been going to Dr. Busch for 12 years now. I recently broke a tooth biting into a protein bar, and I scheduled an appointment with him to have the tooth repaired. Dr. Busch used a computer and a device (similar to a 3D printer) in his office to create a new molar for me. Within an hour, I left his office with a new tooth that felt and looked like the original! Dr. Busch never ceases to amaze me because he always has the latest and greatest technology. If you want the best, go to Dr. Busch!
