Dr. Batrouni was very thorough with the pre-opp and post-opp process. He made himself available via email and in-person visits to ensure that all of my questions were answered prior to surgery. Unlike most other doctors, he is not afraid to pick up the phone to answer questions and speak with a patient. He is realistic about outcomes and has a nice, professional presence. Niki and the rest of the Crofton front-office staff are excellent too. After just a few visits, Nicki recognized me by sight and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.

Dr. Batrouni seems to be very good, but the billing is horrible. At my first appt. in this office in Silver Spring, I asked to talk to their biller about my insurance and the allowable and my balance. No one ever called me back nor was anyone available to discuss the details with me in their office. Long story short, after getting my insurance co. to write them a letter I received a refund. It is clear to me that this is the only reason why I got the refund. In reading reviews MOSA has had at least a 3 year history of overcharging patients. One BBB complaint. If you complain, complain to your insurance co. and then the state attorney's office. Cannot recommend this large group of Oral Surgeons.
