I was interested in coming to this office. The first time I called to make appointment in the New Jersey location the line That I called (not to my knowledge) gets forwarded to the Bayridge office. I was given an appointment a few days after. I had to call myself to confirm my own appointment...the women were nasty like they didn’t want to be bothered! It’s your job to be nice, helpful, and understanding to patients. Turns out when I get to the office in New Jersey Where I needed to be seen .... They were not open because they had given me an appointment in Bayridge. I have a 11 month old daughter that I brought out to attend the appointment with me. I was very upset, but I made a second appointment after this major inconvenience. The next appointment was for Saturday AM, which I had told the woman I might not be able to attend because of having my daughter. I call at 8 am to cancel my 9 am appointment. I get a call shortly after 9 This woman had major attitude saying she didn’t get any message and asking me why I canceled. I explained to her about the mishap and how she was being rude and that they should tell you the that New Jersey phone lines get forwarded to Bayridge . She continued to tell me how it’s my responsibility to know where my appointment is and that I have NY insurance so she assumed I would be going to the Brooklyn office. I am disgusted how reception does not take responsibility for their mistakes and the rude remarks. I worked front desk and insurance for 20 years I would never blame a patient for anything or ever speak disrespectful to any patient. This is the fastest way to lose a patient and get a bad review!

I went to her for my heel pain and she used a new machine called EPAT and it cured my pain after 4 treatments.

Dr. K is very friendly, and well educated in her profession. She helped me with a toe procedure that was quick and painless. Follow ups go well, and she is always very helpful. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a Podiatrist! Thank you!!
