This was an emergency visit after a fall, Dr. was wonderful, through, caring, and knowledgable. I would recommend her to all that would need a pediatrist. The staff around her was great.

Dr Zats has helped me through my injury and I would highly recommend her to family and friends. She is very thorough. Explained the medical terms in layman terms so I would understand exactly what the MRI said.

As Dr Zat’s said I should have come in earlier because I do have a broken metatarsal in my foot. She explained thoroughly her diagnosis and showed me on the X-ray where the area tried to repair itself but it couldn’t because I needed stabilization ( a walking boot and less walking).

I appreciated her knowledge about my injury and injuries in general. She did a great job explaining the nature of injuries in general and specific to me. I would highly recommend.

Amazing ! I trust her judgment and look forward to seeing the best outcome for my ankle. I have to get back to running. She definitely has my best interests in mind.

Of all of my doctors, I find appointments with Dr Zats to be the easiest to make. The date of the appointment has been on time, sometimes early, and quick.

Service is horrible, not from the doctor but from the staff. For almost 2 months after the initial visit I waited for someone to call back to let me know the insurance approved my sons orthotics, when no one called, I called them, and the person who answered said that it was never sent in. After they did what they were supposed to do, we went in for my son to be fitted.when the orthotics came in which took longer than what were told, we couldn’t agree on a appt to get him to try them on. Due to the doctors schedule and we were out of the country and what they had was when he was in school . So I told the girl who called me I’d call back to schedule. Later that day I Received a call from someone else basically threatening me if I didn’t schedule an appt I would be directly billed for the orthotics and have to pay for them out of pocket I scheduled a day when we got back from overseas, and I got a call letting me know that the doctor will be in surgery and they have to reschedule. This totally p’d me off and I said no! I refuse to reschedule and after being threatened to pay for them myself and having to go to another office because of the availability of the doctor and only the doctor can see him… my husband takes him and “the nurse” fits him and not the doctor!!!

Dr. Zats is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes her time and explains your condition clearly and simply.
