The compassion Dr. Welchons showed me was extraordinary.

Entire staff who worked on me trying to install a catheter were extremely professional, friendly, compassionate, courteous. They all showed concern for what i was going through. I cannot imagine any better care.

Dr. Welchons is a terrific doctor, with a caring and compassionate approach. He is willing to take the time needed to dig into the issues and explain them thoroughly. I highly recommend him as a urologist.

Always felt like I was treated with respect. Doctor never rushed me through the appointment although I know he is very busy. It can be hard to get through to the office but the doctor is excellent and I trust him to take care of me.

doesn't want to give test results or talk on the phone. Never Again

Doesn't return phone calls, tells you he will call you after test is done and he doesn't. I think he should find a new line of work, he sure doesn't give his patient much consideration. Never again

Very nice office. People at reception desk are very polite. Receiving nurse Amy was very pleasant. No complaints.

I think he is an excellent doctor/surgeon and I respect the fact that he takes all the time we ?patient? need to fully understand why we are there. He is never in a hurry to get to his other commitments for the day until we are totally satisfied that he has answered all our questions. Very caring and compassionate.
