Dr. Jack is without a doubt the most personable doctor I've ever encountered. I knew within a couple of minutes on my first visit that he was the man for my horribly arthritic shoulder(s). I never had any doubt that I was in good hands working with Dr. Jack and his staff. I had a reverse implant done on my right shoulder, and couldn't be happier with the results. My physical therapist made several comments during our sessions about how stable and sturdy things felt. As a veteran of several joint replacements other than shoulder, I feel very confident in giving Dr. Jack my highest recommendation. I'll be back to get the left one fixed soon.

Dr. Jack performed my ACL and meniscus repair in March of this year, and I cannot imagine that things could have gone better. He provides a thorough explanation throughout the process and was great to work with. Ashley, his medical assistant, was always available to answer questions and assist with paperwork. Dr Robert Jack answers all my questions honestly, does not speak patronizingly to me [i am 79years old], and has supported me during my extended physical therapy. my shoulder was a mess [i fell into a corner of a wall] and it is only because of his surgical skill that i have a shoulder joint that was able to be eligible for the intensive physical therapy i underwent. i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of shoulder surgery.
