Incredibly caring Dr. diagnosed my condition accurately and promptly. Very respectful, helpful, and listened to my concerns. Overall great service

He came in the room in a rush. Did not listen to anything I had to say. Misdiagnosed me did no labs no xrays ended up the next day hospitalized due to his incompetence and rush. The staff at the Mount Sainai urgent care in Hialeah was very unprofessional and rude. Worst experience ever. Almost cost me my life!!!

My son went in the Mount Sania urgent care with a dislocated shoulder and was given absolutely nothing for pain! Nothing for pain while popping it back in place nothing!! Doctor said it was best to do it without medicine because he had no time to wait for the medicine to take affect.. 30 min after popping his shoulder back in he gave him Tylenol which has done nothing for the pain. I asked him for something stronger please and he said no and strarted screaming at me telling I wanted to pump my son with heroine... I’ve have never been treated like this in a hospital before.. I thought doctors were supposed to have a code of ethics!???? It’s been 1hour and we’re still sitting here in pain waiting!!!!!!!

Physician evaluated asthma and made proper care implementation. Excellent communication skills.
