Most will agree, this is a special doctor and a specialist for women who want to he heard.

Very knowledgable, professional and trustworthy

Dr. Rabin does not know enough about hormones and caused a lot of discomfort for me and did not retest my hormone levels to see why my body was reacting that way. Instead he told me that he can't do anything for me and I either take the hormones the way he prescribed or I am more than welcome to go to another doctor. Extremely unprofessional, I unlike other reviewers don't see his joking around behavior as him being a good doctor. Also, he did an ultrasound on me and hurt me a lot even though he knew that due to all the fibroids inside me, it is extremely painful to have that thing inside me, he push it harder and didn't even comfort me. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I cannot say one negative thing about Dr. Rabin or his staff. Everyone in the office is wonderful, the appointments are on time & Dr. Rabin really makes you feel like you're his only patient. I always feel like I'm taken care of and it's so nice to be able to feel that way in a doctor's office. Dr. Rabin, you've built an incredible practice - hats off to you!

Pretty much the best doctor visit I've ever had.

I came with my wife after she had been to several other doctors for the same problem. I was suprised at the whole experience. Dr Rabin was very calm and pleasant even though my wife was frantic about her problem. He had such an optimistic attitude even though we had just about given up hope of her feeling like herself ever again. Dr. Rabin listened to her and he had some ideas that nobody every told us. (He explained things in a way that even I could understand!) He did an exam and my wife didn't flinch- no discomfort. He was great and now that we did everything he suggested she is so much better. I am happy I went and was able to hear the advice so I can help her stay on track. It was not just medicine, it was about sleep and stress and shopping and which supplements to take and which ones to stop. I wish he took care of men, I'd go! This doctor is one of a kind and I suggest you give him a try. Glad we did.

I think Dr Steve is AWESOME!!! Truly he has changed my life....LITERALLY!! Upon our intro visit Dr Steve explain in terms that where so understandable to me about menopause I returned to start treatment to "restore some of what leaves your body"....so simple. I really was done with doctors period and was ready to become one of those who suffer through it and hope to dodge any bullets that could come as a result of ignoring....Bottom line; Dr. Steve will be upfront, caring and gives you options. So how many of you go to a doctor's office feeling like a number and unable to feel satisfied that your concerns were really heard?! Okay, that was me up until today. I've found my GYN for life (or until my insurance runs out, lol). But really, this doctor is professional, he allows you to voice your concerns, you don't feel rushed and on top of that, I don't even remember him performing my Pap smear. That is how efficient this doctor is. Also, I'm really excited that I left his office feeling peaceful and trustful that whatever is going on with me, he was going to figure it out. Give him a chance, you won't be disappointed. Equivalent to finding the best hair dresser and knowing you're in good hands.

I am 54 years old and started having trouble sleeping at age 40. I was given everything from sleeping pills to valium to help me sleep. I was told it was pre-menapause at that time & I would just have to live with it. Then when I went through menapause the same thing. I was told about Dr. Steven Rabin and how much he knew about bioidentical hormones. I feel like a new person...sleeping much better than I have in years. I feel so blessed to have found out about Dr. Steven Rabin and I tell all the women I know about him. I think all gyn doctors should know what to do when a woman starts going through pre-menapause and then menapause. Thank you so much Dr.Steven Rabin for giving me my life back. I think you are best, most caring, nicest and most informative doctor I have ever know!

Dr Rabin takes time to consider how you are different than the last patient. Started me low and moved it up to where I felt normal again without over-medicating me. Did labs but not as often as my last doctor (only when there is a question about my absorption and levels).

I first came in contact with Dr Rabin in the ER at Northside Hospital and boy amni glad I did. Not only did he do an excellent job on my emergency surgery but he was also very attentive and genuinely caring. With the type of procedure I had, he took his time and rather than leaving me with a huge c-section like scar he made three small incisions. I'm only 26 and have no children yet, I believe he kept this in mind and now I don't have to worry about baring my midriff. He kept my family and I informed about all that was going on. Overall he kept it real and I appreciated him for that.

Unlike any other visit I have ever had with any specialist. If you read the other women's comments you would not think it was possible. He was all that and then some. While not everyone might get along with his style, he is serious about telling you what you need to know to get and stay healthy. Look on his web before you go however and you can see if you will be on the same page about how to approach your health.

He is a good doctor with a lot of knowledge. Even though it is listed on his website he does not treat thryoid.

I switched Gynecologists because I was so tired of not getting treated like a person. At my previous doctor I got a greeting to pay my Co-pay and 10 minutes with the Doctor. (After waiting over an hour to see her !!) I found Dr. Rabin through many hours of research and I am so happy to say that he is truly the BEST physician I have ever had !! He is warm, caring, down to earth and gives you the time you need to discuss your issues. The wait time is very minimal. His staff is excellent. The girls are courteous and helpful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. RABIN !!!
