My 1st visit with Dr. Debartolo was so pleasant, comfortable and extremely thorough. He took the time to get to know me and my health history so that together we could decide a plan of action. I completely trust him and know that the decisions we make are going to benefit me in the long run. If you are in search of a Urologist, I highly recommend Dr. Debartolo.

Dr. Debartolo takes his time to explain everything and answer every question you may have. Test results are given immediately. The doctor calls you the following day to check up on progress. He does not leave it up to his office staff to do so. This man is a one on one experience. It's like having your own personal doctor. I wish all physicians had his ethics and caring.

I saw Dr Debartolo in Woodstock and he was one of the best doctors I've interacted with. He was incredibly warm and considerate and made sure to give me an idea of his whole plan for figuring out what was going on with me, not just a glimpse at the next step. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I saw the Dr for severe urinary retention that came on suddenly due to a pregnancy complication. I waited in a room while listening to the Dr talk w a nurse and joke in the room next door. I was very upset, in pain from a huge bladder etc, and anxious. I was treated w hardly any compassion or patience. I had to have a catheter in me and the spasms were unbearable. I was in tears. I had no help at that time. I left the office in tears and went straight to the emergency room holding a catheter bag while pregnant w no help on that day. I will never forget how I was treated. The procedure was correct but the personal treatment and words were harsh. This was in Kenosha.
