My checkup with Dr. Paglia and the techs and nurses was excellent. I was taken into the exam rooms quickly and each person was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Paglia arrived very quickly afterwards and was very encouraging regarding my eyesight and gave me good advice on treating the clogged tear ducts. I had a very good experience.

Dr Paglia is very professional, thorough and patient. He took the time to understand my complicated situation, answered all of my questions and explained the course of treatment. I have complete confidence in Dr Paglia and his staff and highly recommend them.

Quick and efficient

Dr. Paglia has been my physician for about 5 years now and has always been very professional and willing to spend all the time you need with any questions or concerns.

Dr. Paglia is patient and answers all questions with clarity and makes certain the patient is understanding everything he says in layman terms. He and his entire team are top notch and I give them a 5 stars rating even thou they deserve 10 stars.

Everyone friendly and helpful . Doctor and assistants knowledgeable and recognized my eye problem and gave me a heat mask to help alleviate my problem with my right eye . A return visit is set up for a four week evaluation to follow . Mask already seems to be helping .

Dr. Paglia was professional and answered all my questions with concern and understanding. The wait was short. My only complaint is that my yearly appointment is 14 months away instead of 12.

Wait time was minimal, staff was effient, friendly, patient, and helpful with my wife who is in a wheelchair. Dr. Paglia was very effient and informal, also took the time to answer my questions thourghly.
