I had seen two of the specialists at Ortho IL and both wanted to do surgery to fuse my big toe. I was in lots of pain every day for a couple of years but wasn't ready for surgery. Someone suggested I go see Dr. Norem and on that visit he asked how cortisone worked on it and I informed him that neither of the previous Doctors suggested it. He gave me a simple shot and the pain went away. I've been getting shots occasionally for the past few years to control the pain and I'm so grateful that I met Dr. Norem. He's also super cool, if you're having foot pain...Limp in to see him and I'm sure you'll be happy you did.

Dr. Norem was very good. He was kind and got along with the patient very well. He relates to the pain you are going through. His doctor-patient relationships are outstanding. He has helped me a lot. I am getting a lot better from his work. He's a great doctor, I would recommend.
