Wet nice and personable. He listened to me and answered all my questions. Also it was an emergency eye issue and they got me in right away. I would highly recommend this office and this doctor. It made my stressful situation so much easier.

I was told by 2 other Optometrists that my right eye could no longer be corrected by lenses, and was suffering daily headaches, some as severe as migraines, that lasted for 6 to 8 hours. My daily work on a computer was becoming unbearable. But Dr. Horne prescribed me with lenses that give me perfect vision in both eyes, near and far! And even prescribed me a separate pair of glasses strictly for my computer use. It has made such a huge difference in my life and I cannot thank him enough! I highly recommend him for anyone who wears corrective lenses, and I will never go to another Optometrist again!!!

Always pleasant and thorough. Been seeing him since he was in Templeton, I'll continue to do so. He took me on a one day notice, after some issues with the front office that were resolved by the office manager. Thank YOU Dr. Horne! and Management.

I did have an hour long wait before seeing Dr Horne, but I was very pleased with his professionalism and honesty. I was asking for contacts and he said I only needed one for my left eye and that my right eye was strong enough for distance. I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to trying a new treatment.

Very friendly and personable front office and tech that started my appointment. I waited only a couple of minutes before Dr Horne stepped in. He was very friendly and explained what the exam was all about as he went through all the different tests. I felt that he addressed all my questions in non-doctor-ese, so that I understood everything.

Efficient, friendly, accurate

It's taken me some time to find just the right eye doctor, but it seems like I have struck gold. After seeing the same optometrist for 25 years, it was hard to make a change when we moved to the area. Based on recommendations, I selected Dr. Horn and I am so happy that I did. He is personable, professional and caring. He was able to answer all of my questions and addressed my concerns on this visit and scheduled a follow-up appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Horn

Dr Horne is not only extremely well experienced, and knowledgeable in all aspects of optometry,, he combines that with great care for the needs of his patients. Especially nice is the way he does not rush through his appointments with you—we’re lucky to have him in the county!
