Let me preface this review by stating that I have no issue at all with Dr. Hirsch himself or his medical staff. They are amazing. It is his administrative staff that I have the problem with. They are unhelpful, unprofessional, and incapable of running a clinic properly. I am going to patient advocacy tomorrow, even though they did not answer their phone today. Do not go to this clinic unless you are on death’s door, and hope and pray they actually get you in on time.

Dr. Hirsch is a kind and caring doctor. He does care about what you say and does exactly what he says he will do to help you. This office goes above and beyond to make your office visit productive with professionalism. I would certainly recommend.
