This was my first appointment with Spokane Eye Clinic. The whole process went very well. Both Dr Noakes and his assistant (I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name) were friendly and very thorough, in fact this was the most thorough eye examination that I’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to having improved vision! I was so happy with this appointment that when I checked out afterwards, I scheduled an appointment for next year.

It was a very good visit. From the front desk, through the whole experience everyone was very nice and very professional.

Absolutely delight of a person. Listened to my concerns. Explained my sight problems to me medically and again in layman's terms. Let me know age related concerns. I really like Dr. Noakes and as busy as he was he took this time to reassure me about his findings. I am older and am really fed up with the way some medical professionals tend to treat me. What a nice change to have Dr. Noakes consult with me rather bark at me about meds and conditions. Nice man. Great team of professionals who know their jobs. Well done.

I have been seeing Dr. Noakes for several years now. He is very consultative in having patient input on decisions regarding prescriptions or procedures such as cataract surgery. He is very willing to answer questions.

Dr a Oakes answered all of my questions, fully explained all my options and together we discussed the follow up for my next visit. Overall Spokane Eye provides excellent service. The assistants and office staff are professional and efficient and they tell me they like working there.

Dr Noakes is a great eye doctor and more importantly, he gives you his time and listens to you and works with you to find solutions that work for you. Highly recommend Dr. Noakes. His staff is amazing as well.

Today's visit was better than my original visit @the valley location. However, this was a prescription re-check. The original script was not correct. This visit script was quite different frome the first. My optical office (Stahl) made my lenses as originally prescribed, twice. They will remake my lenses per new script at no charge, but that should not have happened. Patricia was friendly and personable as was the front desk person. Dr. Noakes was more personable on this visit than the original.
