Looking for a plastic surgeon? Look no further! I was really nervous and rather exhausted to go in for yet another consultation (I had MANY, which left me with greater hesitance) to correct a previous blepharoplasty I had with another surgeon 2 years prior that left me unsatisfied with exacerbated asymmetry and lower brows, but since I was referred by a family friend to Dr. Gould, I chose to consult with him (not to mention that I was tired of hiding).  Dr. Gould listened to my concerns and my wishes.  It was a lengthy consultation; he really afforded me undivided attention thoroughly explaining his surgical techniques.  Dr. Gould has a calm demeanor, which put me at ease and made me feel safe.  Dr. Gould is a board-certified plastic surgeon and has a Ph.D. so he is also a scientist, which results in matchless efficacy.   The depth and quality of information he provided left me feeling so assured, I was confident I was in good hands and scheduled my surgery that very day to correct my dissatisfaction; I went with a deep plane facelift, brow lift and neck lift.     Post-Surgery:   Simply the BEST.  I didn’t have any pain and minimal bruising. The absolute Best Surgeon in Beverly Hills Dr. Gould is very competent and thorough. He never rushed me or was too busy to answer my questions. From the very first consultation until now, he always shows empathy and care. He made me feel so comfortable and never self-conscious about anything. He is always there making sure you get the care you deserve. His bedside manner shows as he has all his team behind him, supporting him like his nurse Jasmin, she along with him goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best possible. Surgeries, although they are elective you are in a vulnerable position and having that reassurance of feeling cared for and taken care of is priceless. I think he really cares about his patients, and he wants them to be happy, and get the best results they can possibly get. He takes pride in his work. I am very pleased with both my surgeries, and I can only trust him with my body and my life. He did his famous Tummy Tuck, ( Painless and Drainless) back in April 2022 and in October 2023 I had Lipo 360, and fat transfer to my hips and buttocks. He gave me the body that I could only dream could have. With my new body I also got my confidence, and self-esteem back, my life changed, because I am a new woman, and I cannot be happier. My husband is so much more protective of me, he changed too. I feel as if we’re back to dating because he is so into me. Dr G is incredible. Everything he said was 100% accurate - from the pain to the recovery process. I did a painless, drain less tummy tuck and boobs and honestly - it was not bad at all. Dr. Gould is an excellent plastic surgeon. I came to him a year ago to discuss whether he would be able to revise work done by another plastic surgeon. I was leaning toward breast implant removal and lift after three unsuccessful, back-to-back surgeries. My initial consultation with Dr. Gould was by phone, after sending in photos and a history. He spent time reviewing my case and answering any questions I had. He was cautious in his approach and said that I should wait a year prior to doing anything. I met with him in person last July, and he felt he could deliver a good result whatever I decided to do. I booked my surgery for December. WOW! Dr. Gould delivered. He encountered much beyond just dropped implants: it turns out my breast tissue had traveled down my abdominal wall AND my prior surgeon had punctured one of my implants sometime in the 19 months I had them. Dr. Gould skillful attended to it all. I LOVE my explanted breasts. He even did a fat transfer to add some volume. I had some bad scarring previously, so Dr. Gould also has been using state-of-the-art techniques to aid in healing scars from within, and plans to use lasers soon to reduce them further. Beyond loving the result, I was comfortable with Dr. Gould from the first consult, and always feel respected, by him and his team. I wish I had seen Dr. Gould initially when I had wanted a “mommy makeover,” and I am grateful that he was my surgeon when I needed help the most.
