Dr. David H Warby, MD

I went to both of his offices in West Haven and Layton. He and his staff are really nice. He was able to fix my heel pain and I’m really pleased.

We have a new foot doctor in West Haven. I had bone spur surgery on the 23rd of May. I can tell you that I have had no pain in my foot at all. I am now three weeks into my recovery and I am doing extremely well. This doctor is very qualified and fun to work with. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend him.

Such a great doctor

My surgery was a nightmare of unimaginable pain. An estimated 2 hour surgery turned into nearly 6 and no catheter. The anesthesiologist had no clue what was happening, which certainly is not reassuring. Rather than waking up numb, my body was posturing (physical pain response) due to agony. The surgical center could not do anything to reduce the pain and they wanted to admit me to the hospital. He left without any notes in the computer system. Never had a surgery that poured blood out like a faucet when I tried to move from the bed to a wheelchair. All Warby could say was “gosh, sorry this happened to you”. I think empathy must cost him dearly, thus he barely communicates nor accepts any responsibility. He basically complained because my body rejected the stitches he used! Then there was the post-op infection, for which he prescribed me an antibiotic, not caring that I’m deathly allergic to penicillin, so that landed me in the ER (Just a few extra thousand dollars and the additional suffering). He is chock full of excuses, but lacks personal accountability. To top it all off, he has personally harassed me regarding my honest review.

He was able to fix my foot after it was messed up bad by another doctor. Not only that, but he was kind when I wasn’t the best patient. After I stayed off my foot, it healed well.

He has taken care of me, as well as others in my family. He and his office have treated us well

Many of his reviews talks of how nice he is, and I agree with this, but I wanted to write and indicate how good of a doctor he is. He knows how to find out exactly what’s wrong, then present the best treatment plan. He and I talked about many options and I can tell that he knows what’s going on. He’s got skills! I ended up having surgery and it turned out amazing, more than I could hope for.

This wonderful doctor arranged to meet my husband on the weekend after my surgery to give a new prescription of pain pills, since my old ones weren’t strong enough. Such a nice and kind act by a true professional. He and has office have been nothing but exceptional for the whole surgery and postop care.

I read the other reviews regarding how he had treated them as a second opinion and that’s what I needed. He was able to fix my foot after a failed surgery by another doctor. I agree with all the nice things the others wrote about him :)

Second surgery was an absolute nightmare by someone who apparently possesses no empathy, compassion or concern for patient pain. Communication with the anesthesiologist and notes in the hospital system non-existent. Run, do not walk away from this individual - he performs surgery on Friday, leaves patient with no way to reach out for help (contact my regular physician, really?!?). Office recording mentions an on- call contact, but there is none - just lands you back in the receptionist voicemail. I only hope I will be able to walk again.

My sister went to him to have a total ankle replacement surgery and it was amazing. She couldn’t walk before because of her injury a few years ago but now she can. I was so impressed that I went to him as well.

My stepson needed an urgent ingrown toenail taken care of and he got me in quickly. I’ve read about he is a great surgeon and I also heard his name from a guy who had ankle surgery, but wanted to write about how he cares about this equally as well. The office was kind and accommodated me to fit us in late in the afternoon.

He’s a really good doctor!

Dr Warby saw my husband in the ER and his fracture healed well. I was impressed with him and decided to have him perform my bunion surgery, and then later an ankle joint cleaning. My husband and I are both doing great and very happy. You’ll love him!

He is a great doctor and I had a fantastic result from surgery

This doctor was able to repair my ankle after some guy in Ogden messed it up. I went to Dr Warby as a second opinion because my leg was still hurting from my first surgery. I heard about Dr Warby from two different sources who both told me that he could help me out. I felt calm in his office as he proposed some options and I choose one that worked great. I’m glad I was referred to him. By the way, if some guy in Ogden wants to do a quick surgery in his office (not the hospital), he probably just wants to make money. Go get a second opinion before getting a surgery that may not be needed. Dr Warby is a great second opinion.

He called into the ER when I broke my ankle and he did surgery that night. I healed well and since then I’ve had most of my family see him as well

He is a really nice doctor

I can’t tell you how grateful I am for finding Dr Warby. I searched for many months trying to find a cure for my plantar fasciitis. I looked online, talked with friends, tried all the non surgery stuff, then I visited with many different doctors trying to find answers. None of them offered a good treatment option, other than Dr Warby. I wasn’t looking for a quick fix, I was searching for a permanent correction. He proposed the Tenex procedure and we scheduled it within a short time. It took all of my heel pain away. I recommend it to everyone!
