Dr. Charette is knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions I may have. The staff that work directly with him are pleasant and helpful.

Knowledgeable, efficient and professional

Today was my 3rd visit with Dr Charette. I will be having surgery and I feel very comfortable with him performing the procedure. He explained my MRI results clearly and in terms I could understand.

This was my two year checkup following an extensive surgical procedure Dr Charette performed on me. We discussed my current abilities in comparison to what he expected at the time of surgery. His comments were frank and honest, yet supportive and encouraging. Dr Charette is a skilled physician who has always taken the time to answer questions and explain his expectations.

Dr Charette listened to my concerns. We then discussed various options the decided on a game plan. I’d highly recommend him!

This was my first visit at Wallingford and I must say I was extremely impressed and very please about my visit. Dr Charette was attentive and very kind as he listened to me about the knee replacement I had in 2020 at Boston’s Baptist hospital and that it didn’t go well and continues to be swollen and painful. He then listened to me about my other knee that will need a replacement eventually but I’m not ready for it, so we agreed on an injection of steroids. Which I swear I didn’t even feel. I’ve had many and I’ve never been to a place that uses an ultrasound to do it. So I was so impressed with this and felt very comfortable in his hands. I’m new to CT and it’s has been hard to find the many doctors that my train wreck health needs. But I call last week and was given an appointment very quickly! You just don’t see that these days in any state! I’m very grateful that I’ve found my new orthopedic doctor that I can trust! Oh and the staff was excellent as well! Extremely organized and it didn’t take all day!!
